Great, well priced food. Boyfriend wanted the breakfast burrito, I got the tots skillet. Delicious, but my skillet was the winner. Service is great and they are clearly hiring young locals to work here, which I appreciate. The decor and feel is a bit outdated and vague, but it is clean. Look forward to revisiting for different meals!
I am in town for some speaking engagements and got tired of the hotel breakfast. I tried Grace’s Restaurant because it had good reviews and I wanted a decent breakfast. That’s what I got. They had good coffee. I got the four cheese omelette with pancakes and fruit. The service was quick and very good. The prices were also reasonable. This restaurant was a good choice.
We went to Grace's on a recommendation, and I have too whole heartedly say, this is one of the best diner experiences we have had! I had the country breakfast, and mind you it was after 2pm, the biscuits were absolutely pillows and melt in your mouth, everything was hot and delicious, my husband got the country skillet, he said it was wonderful. I 100% Highly recommend Grace's!! We will be regulars! ( We just moved here from Michigan, and have traveled a lot, from New Jersey, and all the states in between, small diners are our go too. )
Go in there quite a bit. Very comfortable and peaceful. Great food for affordable prices. Waitresses are very nice and are very patient. Very pleasant family setting.
Ordered two fish fries one for my coworker and one for myself and I’d have to say it was the best the fish were huge and we got a decent amount. I also ordered the in house onion rings which were the best and evenly battered. I was very impressed by the food. The only thing I can really bellyache about was the lack of utensils and napkins and condiments in the bag like ketchup dressing ranch etc. ordered on DoorDash as I couldn’t leave to come pick up my meals. Decently priced for the amount of food we got will definitely come back soon. A foodie
First time at Grace’s restaurant, by recommendation from our friends who were with us. The server did a great job. He checked on us frequently. The potatoes with grilled onions were amazing. They started out with a dinner salad that was large and tasted very fresh. The burger was very good and a good size. The chopped steak was very good and so reasonably priced. The fish seemed like it was a frozen, breaded fillet and not freshly battered and fried. Could be wrong? Desserts were huge and very good prices. Our entire bill, four people, four meals plus a shake and two desserts was $42.00. Super inexpensive for what we received. Service was great and fast. We all agreed that breakfasts were probably amazing, based on the menu choices.
We recently tried this place, not sure why we haven't ever before because the food was some of the best I've had from a restaurant in a long time. The amount of food you get and the prices are better than most places as well. Soooo many choices on the menu. My husband had the all you can eat fish, I had a double cheeseburger. Can't wait to go back again sometime.
My husband and I frequent Grace's restaurant for the good food but most importantly the staff.Every waitress is friendly and professional and to start our day with lots of laughter and caring service is what kick starts our day.. We would definately recommend this restaurant. Laughter and jokes keep a person young and healthy and happy. That is service! Great job ladies! KAITLYN and KARRIE ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure we get exactly what we want and more. These two are a real asset to this company. Was there May 7th, 2026 with my sister, our mom and 2 cousins for lunch.....first time for me to come to Wisconsin Rapids....I ordered the vegetarian stir fry with a salad. When the waitress set that stir fry in front of me....I just knew I wasn't going to finish it there.😁 so i asked for a to go container and had the rest for supper...the best stirfry I've seen and had so far, i don't know who the cook or cooks, are, but i hope the cook or cooks continues to put out good quality food like this!! and I used to be in the restaurant business.....i look for the little important things.... our waitress, Kaitlyn, is awesome!! Her soft tone of her voice, her attentiveness, how quickly she wrote down our orders, and, a few times when I looked towards the kitchen, i'm not just saying this, she was always looking our direction. Now I really appreciate her being so very watchful over her customers!! 👍 .. .and i say..."way to go Kaitlyn~you go girl!! 👍 😉 Also, she has treated us with "home~style kindness", you don't find that kind of a gift in a person's character at a lot of places, especially in the times we're presently living in....and her service IS real, not like some other restaurants when it's an act to get better tips, another good quality! I'm a military veteran, though I live in Fort Atkinson, WI ....I will be making plans for coming back here!
